Services

We provide, design, and supply warning lights for all types of hazards, including those for high-rises, cranes, and heliports.

Light Design & Manufacture

All of the aircraft warning light systems that we design and supply are compliant under ICAO and other regional regulations. We ensure that for unusual structures, we liaise with the relevant local aviation authorities to confirm compliance. This allows us to design custom lighting systems that meet all regulatory requirements.

Our engineers are experienced in working together with our clients to design a system that meets a plurality of requirements. Himnia Obstruction Lighting is a company that has completed an array of bespoke contracts. These contracts have included instances such as designing a light that does not exceed 200mm diameter, so that it could be raised through a spire, and redesigning solar boards on solar lights so that the light unit could withstand excessive wind loads.

A frequent request that we receive is to alter the base colour of the light unit so that they blend into existing buildings. This is particularly relevant on listed and historical buildings.

Service & Maintenance

Although Himnia Obstruction Lighting offers warranty periods for the operation of the aircraft warning light system, it is important that aircraft warning light maintenance is carried out on a regular basis. We recommend that you Aircraft Warning Lighting System receives a Annual Maintenance Inspection (AMI) to ensure a high working quality is sustained and the system lifespan is maximised. For systems which are accessible by on-site electricians, AMI plans are provided by us. Alternatively, we offer a AMI service to our clients and should the light need to be taken off site to be serviced, we can supply temporary lighting for the interim.

Light Installation

Himnia has specialist, experienced teams who are IRATA qualified for aircraft warning light system installation on all high rise structures. Our expert knowledge has been utilised worldwide, with Himnia installing bespoke systems tailored to:
